Privacy Policy
GGaeMily (the “Operator”) respects the privacy of people who play DELTILE and handles information in accordance with applicable law and platform policies.
1. Information stored directly by the app
DELTILE does not require an account or login and does not ask you to enter a name, phone number, or email address. Your best score, tutorial completion, language, and privacy choices are stored on your device. Deleting the app or its data may also delete this local information.
2. Information advertising SDKs may process
The app uses Google AdMob and Google User Messaging Platform (UMP) for an interstitial at the natural break after you choose Restart and for an optional rewarded ad that grants one continue. Google Mobile Ads SDK may process the following to deliver ads, prevent fraud, protect security, diagnose performance, and measure results:
- IP address and approximate location inferred from it
- Device- or app-scoped identifiers
- App launches, ads shown, and interactions with ads or the app
- Performance and other diagnostic information
The release configuration requests App Tracking Transparency (ATT) permission for advertising measurement. If you allow it, Google Mobile Ads SDK may link your activity across other companies’ apps and websites to measure advertising performance. If you do not allow it, the advertising identifier (IDFA) is unavailable and the game remains fully playable. With either choice, ad content is restricted to a general-audience rating, and personalized ads and publisher first-party IDs remain disabled. Actual processing can vary by region, device settings, UMP choices, and Google policy.
3. Analytics
The app may use Google Analytics for Firebase for app analytics and Google Ads install and campaign measurement. When collection is permitted, it may process first launch, session start and engagement time, app version, device type, operating-system version, language, approximate region, app-instance identifiers, and automatically collected app-interaction and diagnostic information. The Operator does not build an account profile tied to your name or email.
On iOS, Firebase collection and advertising measurement are enabled only when you authorize Apple’s system ATT request and Google UMP confirms that separate regional consent is not required. If ATT is unanswered, denied, or restricted, or the regional conditions are unconfirmed, Firebase collection and measurement remain off. An explicit analytics refusal from an earlier version is also respected. iOS does not show a separate app-made tracking consent prompt, and Firebase collection of the identifier for vendor (IDFV) is disabled.
On Android, Firebase collection is enabled only after you select “Share activity” in the separate analytics choice. This also grants the ad-storage and ad-user-data consent signals used for Google Ads measurement. If you do not answer or choose “Don’t share,” collection and the related consent signals remain denied. On both platforms, the ad-personalization consent signal always remains denied.
4. Consent and choices
On iOS, Apple’s system ATT request comes first. The app then checks regional advertising privacy requirements through Google UMP and displays Google’s privacy message when required. Declining ATT does not restrict gameplay. If Google UMP permits ad requests, the app may request permitted ads, such as non-personalized ads, without IDFA. If the necessary consent or legal basis cannot be established, no ads are requested; normal Restart and gameplay remain available without ads. Rewarded continue is unavailable when an ad cannot be provided.
You can change the iOS tracking choice in your device’s Settings app. If Google UMP requires a privacy-options entry point, “Privacy choices” appears on the game-over screen and opens Google’s official privacy-options form. On Android, the analytics choice can be changed in the app’s Data Settings. Eligibility to request ads does not automatically authorize Firebase analytics collection.
5. Third parties and international processing
The information above may be transferred to or processed by Google and Google-disclosed advertising technology providers in other countries to provide advertising and analytics.
The Operator does not sell personal information.
6. Retention and deletion
On-device game data remains until you delete the app or its data. Retention and deletion for information processed by Google SDKs follow Google policy and your choices. Support emails are kept only as long as needed to answer the request and satisfy legal obligations.
7. Children’s privacy
DELTILE is a simple number puzzle that can be enjoyed by a broad audience, but it is not listed in Apple’s Kids Category. The Operator does not intentionally serve personalized ads to users below the applicable age of consent. A parent or guardian can contact us about privacy or deletion.
8. Your rights and contact
You can delete local game data by deleting the app or its app data. Send privacy, withdrawal, or support-record deletion requests to sesame.baechu@gmail.com.
9. Changes
We will update this policy and its effective date when features, partners, or legal requirements change.
